Rihl to cover housing insecurity, homelessness at Arizona Central

Juliette Rihl has joined The Arizona Central as a housing insecurity and homelessness reporter. Recently, Rihl worked as a freelance investigative reporter. Her work appeared in the Philadelphia Inquirer, Spotlight PA and Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

She was an enterprise reporter at PublicSource.

Rihl has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree from Arizona State University.
