amNewYork names Lin a staff reporter

Sarah Belle Lin

Sarah Belle Lin has joined amNewYork as a staff writer to cover a broad swath of beats. These include crime, government, human interest, business, real estate and education. Previously, she was a newsletter and retail reporting fellow at Business Insider.

Lin was a contributing reporter at Bronx Times and interned at Patch.com. She also contributed to Berkeleyside.

Lin graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
