WBUR’s Dooling leaves for Boston University

Shannon Dooling, an investigative reporter at WBUR-FM 90.9, NPR’s member station in Boston has left to join Boston University’s College of Communication as an associate professor of investigative reporting.

Dooling had been with WBUR-FM 90.9 for more than eight years, where she also reported on immigration and other regional news, and served as a Morning Edition field producer.

She worked freelance for the New Hampshire Public Radio.

Dooling graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has a master’s degree from The University of British Columbia.
