Kelly Hooper has been promoted to the post of breaking news reporter. Recently, she served as a senior digital producer, and before that, as a digital producer.
In addition, she was an intern at WeddingWire in Washington, D.C., Star News Group and Anchor Media LLC. She has also written and edited for The GW Hatchet, the independent paper of George Washington University.
Hooper has a B.A. in journalism and mass communication from The George Washington University.
