Posted by Chris Roush

The Wall Street Journal’s investigations team is looking for a veteran reporter to handle a broad range of investigative projects but with particular emphasis on cyber security in the energy industry and the U.S. electric grid.

We’re looking for someone with deep sourcing in this area and who can translate this knowledge and access into significant news scoops and big projects with demonstrable impact.

Strong preference will be given to candidates with business and financial expertise, with a proven track record of high-impact reporting in the energy area. We’re looking for a team player who easily works with beat reporters and other journalists around the newsroom.

The position reports to the Investigations editor and will be based in San Francisco.
