Insider Inc. is looking for an experienced executive producer to be based in New York for its hit podcast, Household Name.
HHN tells the surprising stories behind our biggest, household name brands. It finds tales of tragedy, love, strange histories, unintended consequences and accidental success. And in each episode, it finds out how these brands changed our lives – for better or worse.
This person will execute a vision for HHN as a journalist and a general manager. The executive 
producer will be responsible for everything from the show’s sound and flow to its strategy and direction. He or she will also oversee the podcast’s marketing efforts. The person will manage the show’s existing staff and make further key hires, pursue partnerships with other shows, manage the budget, work with the sales team, and lead production on a few episodes a season.
The ideal candidate has prior experience as a showrunner supervising editors and producers, understands the world of business, understands the audio landscape, is persistent, creative and takes ownership.
