
The Wall Street Journal has hired Jaclyn Jeffrey-Wilensky as a data reporter.
She most recently has been a senior data editor for US News & World Report. She previously was an investigative data reporter at WNYC and Gothamist, where she reported data-driven news, enterprise and investigative stories for radio and web.
Before that, Jeffrey-Wilensky worked at Spectrum, an autism news outlet, and freelanced for NBC News, the Daily Beast, STAT and more. She also volunteered with the COVID Tracking Project, where Jeffrey-Wilensky helped clean data and find reliable sources in state health departments.
She holds a master’s from the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism, where she studied data and health/science reporting.
