Forbes is moving its editorial offices to New Jersey and will open for business there next week, reports Keith Kelly of the New York Post.
Kelly writes, “It marks the end of 97 years in New York, including the last 49 at its current townhouse headquarters.
‘It’s proceeding smoothly so far and on schedule,’ said a spokeswoman.
“The company’s new 92,720 square-foot office is expected to house 350 people, which enabled the company and its new Asian ownership team to snag a $27 million Grow New Jersey tax grant.
“On Thurdsay, Forbes chief product officer Lewis D’Vorkin announced four new editorial hires, although only two of the four will be taking the PATH train to Jersey City.”
