Bloomberg BNA launched Thursday a legal news website called Big Law Business.
The site will contain legal news from Bloomberg News and Bloomberg BNA journalists and has a dedicated site editor Casey Sullivan who is full time on Big Law Business.
In addition, it also will contain third-party content including videos and submitted articles. It is aiming for an audience of lawyers who want to keep abreast of the latest developments in the business of law.
“And the community will provide visitors ample opportunities to engage with those in similar roles at law firms and corporations and benefit from shared insights and wisdom,” said Scott Mozarsky, president of cross platform businesses for Bloomberg BNA, in a statement.
Bloomberg acquired The Bureau of National Affairs Inc. in 2011 for nearly $1 billion. It has a network of more than 2,500 reporters, correspondents, and leading practitioners.
Earlier this year, Bloomberg launched a new website aimed at attracting a general audience to business news.
