ABC News has hired Oren Oppenheim as a desk assistant for news reporting, research and production in the Washington, D.C. bureau.
Previously, Oppenheim was an intern. He has also interned at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and The Philadelphia Inquirer. He has also reported for and worked as a deputy news editor and a news editor at The Chicago Maroon, University of Chicago’s student paper.
Oppenheim graduated from the University of Chicago.
