Cissy Zhou has joined Nikkei Asia as a senior business correspondent covering China’s tech coverage, based in Hong Kong.
Recently, she was a political economy reporter at the South China Morning Post. Before that, she has worked as a producer at BBC News and was an investigative reporter at both Caixin Global in Beijing and Southern Metropolis Daily.
She has also interned at The New York Times.
Zhou is a graduate of Beijing Foreign Studies University.
