Yahoo Finance producer Scott Saloway has been hired by National Public Radio’s “Morning Edition.”
Saloway had been at Yahoo Finance since April 2018, producing video news and writing articles. He also served as a line producer and guest booker.
He previously spent two years as a headline writer at MSNBC and nearly two years at Al Jazeera America as acting executive producer and senior script producer.
Saloway was also a copy editor at CNN and a news writer, editor and producer for the CBS radio news service.
He spent the early part of his career in Boston, writing and producing broadcasts for NPR member station WBUR. While there, he covered elections and numerous other important local issues. He also played a role in the station’s coverage of the 9/11 attacks.
