Yahoo Finance anchor Rogers departs

Yahoo Finance anchor Jennifer Rogers is leaving the news organization.

She has been at Yahoo since 2014.

Before joining Yahoo Finance, Jen spent more than a decade in television, covering some of the biggest business stories of our time and interviewing a who’s who of business leaders, including Warren Buffett and Elon Musk, at Reuters Insider and CNN

In 2011, Rogers earned the Gracie Award for Best Online News Anchor. She won for outstanding anchor for a news or news magazine show online.

Rogers is a graduate of Wellesley College.

Chris Roush

Chris Roush was the dean of the School of Communications at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He was previously Walter E. Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a former business journalist for Bloomberg News, Businessweek, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Tampa Tribune and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He is the author of the leading business reporting textbook "Show me the Money: Writing Business and Economics Stories for Mass Communication" and "Thinking Things Over," a biography of former Wall Street Journal editor Vermont Royster.
