Rochelle Toplensky has been hired by the Wall Street Journal to be a columnist for “Heard on the Street” in London.
She will cover European banks and EU antitrust issues.
She joined from the Financial Times where she reported from Brussels on antitrust, tax, energy and the environment. She previously worked on the FT’s Lex and Markets teams in London.
A Canadian trained CPA with an M.B.A. from Oxford, she worked in internet and telecom companies before journalism.
She also holds a master’s degree in financial journalism from City University in London.
