The Wall Street Journal has hired Anne Michaud as an audience voices reporter with the team that is working to elevate audience discourse.
She previously worked for Newsday, where she served as a member of the editorial board, managed reader interaction projects and wrote a regular opinion column. Many of her op-ed pieces were inspired by readers’ concerns and comments.
Michaud previously covered New York politics for Crain’s New York Business and business news for the Los Angeles Times.
She’s a Massachusetts native, a graduate of Columbia University’s journalism school and the author of a book about political spouses.
