The Wall Street Journal has hired Business Insider reporter Rachael Levy.
She starts next week as a hedge fund reporter.
Levy had been at Business Insider since May 2016 as its sole hedge fund reporter. She broke news on the largest hedge funds and the billionaires who run them.
She also broke news off her beat. She wrote a series of exclusive stories on Snapchat’s massive IPO and reported on Charlie Rose’s alleged misconduct.
Before Business Insider, Levy covered hedge funds for FundFire and Absolute Return.
She holds degrees from American University in Paris and the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism.
