Tech news site Recode has hired Adam Clark Estes as its deputy editor.
He has been at Gizmodo as a senior editor since September 2016. While there, he also blogged and made videos about the future.
Estes previously was a news editor at Gizmodo when it was part of Gawker Media. He also was an associate editor at Vice Media, where he covered science and technology for Vice’s blog about the future, Motherboard.
Before that, Clark spent two years at The Atlantic writing about the intersecting worlds of media and technology.
