Francesca Chambers will join USA Today as a White House correspondent. She begins Mon., May 9. Chambers comes from McClatchy, where she was a senior White House correspondent.
Chambers has covered presidents, vice presidents and politicians since 2014. Previously, she served as a senior White House correspondent at DailyMail.com, where she was also part of a team that won an Emmy in 2019.
Previously, Chambers was editor and publisher of Red Alert Politics, a publication from the parent company of the Washington Examiner. In addition, she has also contributed to and was a web editor at The Washington Examiner.
Chambers is a University of Kansas graduate.
