Sun-Sentinel biz editor Roguski promoted to metro editor

Randy Roguski, the business editor of The Sun-Sentinel in Fort Lauderdale, has been promoted to metro editor of the paper.

Roguski joined the paper in early 2014 after being the business editor of the Cleveland Plain Dealer from 2009 to 2013. He was assistant business editor at the Plain Dealer before that. He joined the paper in 1995 and was also deputy metro editor and medical editor.

Roguski has worked as a reporter, copy editor, news editor, state editor, bureau chief and deputy metro editor at papers in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Florida and Ohio

He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Ill.
