Santana was formerly a reporter at Front Office Sports and a travel reporter at Skift. He also spent six months as a crisis response coordinator at Google.
Santana graduated from the York College of the City of New York with a B.A. in journalism and communications technology. He also holds a Master’s Degree from CUNY’s Graduate School of Journalism.
