Kristen Mosbrucker has joined the San Antonio Business Journal as its new technology, finance and military reporter.
James Aldridge of the business weekly writes, “Mosbrucker joins the Business Journal with a background in business journalism, having written for the McAllen Monitor since June 2014. She studied journalism and sociology at Temple University.
“‘I was inspired to pursue journalism because it’s one of the few professions that demands you to experience the world and then explain it to others in a concise way. It keeps you sharp,’ Mosbrucker said.
“And she will need that enthusiasm as she covers San Antonio’s ever-evolving technology community.
“‘Technology is a very powerful tool, and I’m interested to learn more about how its being used to solve problems in San Antonio. I think there is a spirit of creativity within the technology sector that’s also very interesting,’ she said. ‘I’m very excited to join this team of talented reporters, and I hope that we will provide insight into the business world in San Antonio.'”
