She has been reporting on legislation, as well as labor policy: specifically, the pandemic economy, how it is affecting workers, particularly those already at a systemic disadvantage, and what their elected officials are doing to address it.
Prior to joining Politico, she reported out of newsrooms across Washington., including those of Sinclair, CNN, McClatchy and USA Today.
She graduated from the University of Maryland’s Philip Merrill College of Journalism in 2017 with a double major in multiplatform (print) journalism and government & politics. While there, she also reported for the University of Maryland’s Capital News Service and The Diamondback.
