Former Wall Street Journal real estate reporter Candace Jackson will be joining The New York Times to cover California real estate for the Real Estate section and other sections as well.
Her new role begins July 12.
Currently, Jackson was freelancing with her work appearing in SFGate, MarketWatch, The Information, The Press Democrat and more.
Jackson had been with the The Journal for over 11 years, serving mainly as a real estate reporter. She was also an associate at Community for Education Foundation.
Jackson is a graduate of Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism.
