Abigail Beall will be joining the New Scientist as a features editor for physics and technology next month.
Currently, she is a science and tech editor at The Conversation U.K. She has previously interned at the New Scientist.
Beall has also freelanced for the New Scientist, Wired U.K., Stylist, BBC Future, Technology Networks, T3, Alphr, All About Space, Astronomy, Astronomy Now, SciencePOD, Ingenia, China Dialogue, BBC Science Focus, Women’s Health, DW, The Independent and BBC Future.
She is also the author of ‘The Art of Urban Astronomy’ and wrote the physics and space chapter of the latest DK Knowledge “Encyclopedia: Science!”.
Beall was also a science reporter at MailOnline and a markets reporter at ICIS. She was also a science and tech editor at The Bubble, Durham.
Beall is a M.A. in science journalism from City University London.
