Morris becomes tech deals reporter at Business Insider

Meghan Morris

Olivia Oran, deputy editor of finance coverage at Business Insider, sent out the following announcement on Friday:

Hi team! In case you missed the newsroom meeting this morning, I wanted to send around a note about Meghan Morris‘ new role on the finance team. Meghan will be taking on Becky’s role as tech deals reporter. Besides chasing the hottest deals and IPOs, she’ll also be working on larger enterprise pieces that take readers inside culture, corporate scandals and financial issues within tech companies (ie giving them the WeWork treatment).

Meghan will still be working on WeWork stories until things cool down a bit, but we’re all super excited for her to dig into her new role. Congrats, Meghan!
