MandateWire hires Semenova to cover asset management

Alexandra Semenova

MandateWire, a Financial Times publication, has hired Alexandra Semenova to cover the asset management industry.

Semenova previously held internships with Bloomberg News, NY1 News, Fox Business Network, and Crain’s New York. She also worked as an assignment desk intern at CNBC, at the network’s main newsroom in New Jersey as well as its production studio at the New York Stock Exchange.

She has a master’s degree in business and economic reporting from City University of New York, where in 2018 she was awarded a McGraw Scholarship, which promotes the development of future business journalists.

MandateWire is a newswire service that reports on institutional asset flow that regularly breaks news about deals and other transactions.
