David Dahl has joined The Maine Monitor as an editor, succeeding Eric Conrad.
Previously, Dahl was a deputy managing editor at The Boston Globe.
Dahl has also worked as a political editor and regional editor at the Globe. He was also with the St. Petersburg Times for 20 years, including serving as its Washington bureau chief for several years. He has also contributed to the BBC.
Dahl has been an adjunct professor of journalism at Emerson College, Boston College and Boston University.
Dahl was a Nieman fellow at Harvard University and has a B.A. in journalism from the University of Florida.
