Catherine Larkin has been named an editor on Bloomberg News’ global business team.
She has been deputy team leader on the Washington breaking news team.
Larkin has been at Bloomberg since January 2005. She previously led the U.S. equities team and coverage of midcap stocks.
She also broke several stories about regulatory decisions during her 10-year stint covering the pharmaceuticals industry and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. She was also awarded one of Bloomberg’s first round of international job swaps in 2016 to cover China equity markets from Hong Kong.
Larkin is a graduate of Northwestern University.
