Keith Chrostowski, the new business editor at the Kansas City Star, writes Tuesday about how the paper will cover business under his regime.
Chrostowski writes, “We’ll still give you those daily developments in real time at KansasCity.com, at the business desk’s robust Dollars & Sense and Sprint Connection blogs, and through our e-mail and text alerts.
“But along with that buffet of breaking news online, the printed version of The Star will give you scoops — and scoops of context, perspective and analysis.
“The business desk will work to quickly spot trends, look for the good as well as the bad turns in the economy, investigate wrongdoing and be sharper about explaining the why behind daily developments.”
