After spending nearly seven years at Recode/Vox, Eric Johnson is leaving.
Most recently, he held the post of producer, special projects for Kara Swisher. He has also worked as a producer, Recode Radio and as an associate editor of gaming. He joined the company in 2014 as a social media manager.
Johnson was also co-host of Giant Geek vs. Mega n00b. He was also host of Random Questions and has worked at AllThingsD/D: All Things Digital for 2 years, joining as an intern and then holding the post of community manager. Later on, he became contributing writer.
He has also worked as a writer at Peninsula Press and was an assistant new media producer at Watson Institute for International Studies.
Johnson has also worked at 95.5 WBRU for more than 3 years, joining as a producer of “The Brief.” He then became news intern director and then held the post of news reporter before being promoted to the post of online news director.
He has also served as a staff writer at The Brown Noser and was a freelance contributor at Mental_Floss Magazine.
