Insider has hired James Dean as the deputy editor for business coverage in the United Kingdom.
He will be based in London and oversee a number of teams. Dean will start in June.
Dean is the chief business correspondent for The Times of London. He previously was the U.S. business editor based in New York writing about Wall Street, Silicon Valley and everything in between.
He was previously technology correspondent. He has worked on the home news, business news and opinion desks since joining the newspaper in 2011 and once worked at one of the big banks.
