Joe Estrella of the Idaho Statesman reports Wednesday that the Idaho Business Review has won a state Supreme Court ruling that allows it to publish legal advertising.
The Statesman had argued that they should be published in the state’s largest circulation paper.
“Government legal notices are not affected.
“‘The Supreme Court ruling vindicates the rights of private parties to publish legal notices in the newspaper of their choice,’ said Newal Squyres, a lawyer for the Business Review.”
