Sean Hollister is returning to The Verge as senior news editor beginning Oct. 29.
One of the founding editors of The Verge, where he worked from 2011 to 2014, Hollister will oversee the website’s technology news team.
Prior to rejoining The Verge, Hollister served as a senior editor at CNET since September 2015. While there, he spearheaded a Speed Desk initiative that nearly tripled CNET’s traffic on quick breaking news stories.
Hollister also worked at Gizmodo, where he re-launched and led the product reviews program.
