I am pleased to announce Christine Glancey has joined the ethics and standards team. Christine brings deep and varied news experience at The Wall Street Journal to her new role as deputy editor, newsroom standards.

Christine will report to me.

Christine’s most recent position at the Journal was deputy managing editor for news operations and talent, a post she held for nearly two years. Christine led news at WSJ.com from 2009 to 2013 and served as the Journal’s first training editor.

Please join me in extending a warm welcome to Christine in this important role.
