FT taps Brackenrich as senior U.S. engagement editor

Fernanda Braune Brackenrich

The Financial Times has appointed Fernanda Braune Brackenrich as senior U.S. engagement editor.

Previously, she was an engagement editor, running the FT’s channels on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Telegram.

She was also part of the team who strategized the launch of The New York Times’ Snapchat Discover channel as producer and editor.

She has also reported for the United Nations and Reuters.

Brackenrich has a M.A. in digital journalism from New York University.
