Jeff Kearns, an economics editor at Bloomberg News, has left the news organization.
He had been an economics editor since June 2016. He previously was an options reporter at Bloomberg for 12 years.
Kearns was previously was a political reporter for the Sacramento News & Review. He was also a political columnist, reporter and editor for the Metro newspapers in Silicon Valley.
He holds degrees from Loyola Marymount and Cal-Berkeley.
