The Financial Times has appointed Alice Ross as a deputy news editor at the paper.
Rebecca Bream is the other deputy news editor at the FT.
Ross was previously editing an email newsletter called “Trade Secrets.” The newsletter is published four days a week, Monday through Thursday.
Ross was previously a wealth correspondent and editor of FT Wealth. She has held a range of roles across the FT including Frankfurt bureau chief, currencies correspondent and deputy money editor.
She was also a personal finance reporter at the FT.
