Forbes has launched Forbes Africa Lusofona, which will cover Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique and São Tomé and Príncipe.
The magazine will be published bimonthly and will be distributed throughout the six Portuguese-speaking countries. It replaces Forbes Angola.
The magazine is operated by the Emerald Group, which also holds the licensing rights for Forbes Portugal.
“We are stronger together and we are going to connect Portuguese-speaking businessmen, so as to create real synergies that come out of the paper and influence, for the better, the community,” said Nilza Rodrigues, editorial director of the project, in a statement.
The first edition, which is now on newsstands, is also in Portugal in the Greater Lisbon, Greater Porto and Algarve regions.
