The Financial Times announced the launch of “Energy Source,” a twice-weekly email newsletter on the global energy industry.
“Energy Source” will be available to FT subscribers.
Led by Derek Brower, the FT’s U.S. energy editor, the team includes U.S. energy reporter Myles McCormick, energy editor David Sheppard, senior energy correspondent Anjli Raval, and natural resources correspondent Gregory Meyer.
“While we’ve seen upheavals in many industries around the world, the effects from changes in the energy sector can really be felt everywhere,” said Brower in a statement.
“Energy Source will help readers interpret how natural gas prices in Tokyo Bay can influence investment decisions in Israel; how oil policy agreed in Vienna can make or break local economies in North Dakota; and how rules adopted in India can shatter demand models in Manhattan. We will translate local intelligence gleaned from on-the-ground reporting into tight and timely news that matters to our readers.”
