Entrepreneur magazine has licensed a South African version of the publication, according to this story on a South African business news web site.
It reads, “KreditInform, South Africa’s largest corporate credit and business information organisation, has joined forces with publisher Andrew Honey to set up Smart Business Solutions, a media and training company for business improvement.
“Smart Business Solutions’ first product is Entrepreneur magazine, published under licence to Entrepreneur Media Inc. in the US. Entrepreneur is the best-selling business magazine on newsstands in America. It is also the best-selling entrepreneurship magazine in the world, with global monthly sales in excess of 800 000 copies.
“Explaining the rationale behind the company’s investment in Smart Business Solutions, KreditInform MD Ivor Jones says he was drawn to the content of Entrepreneur and its website. ‘KreditInform provides business services such as data cleaning, sales and marketing information and procurement information to its clients,’ says Jones. ‘The focus of the magazine, as well as the services and training that form part of its offering, is in line with KreditInform’s own strategy to disseminate knowledge and information for the betterment of business. Entrepreneur enables us to provide a more holistic solutions service to the market.’
