Denver Biz Journal names Rodriguez its commercial real estate reporter
James Rodriguez has been named Denver Business Journal’s new commercial real estate reporter, covering commercial development, construction, homebuilding and the residential market.
Editor Rebecca Troyer writes, “James replaces Andrew Dodson, who left DBJ to take a position with a local residential real estate company.
“In mid-2018, James became DBJ’s first data reporter, overseeing all of our proprietary List research as well as producing informative content gleaned from securities filings, government records and, of course, the wealth of data gathered from private companies through our List-gathering process.
“James’ deep-dive stories have ranged from golf and country club trends to analyses of the region’s highest-paid CEOs, the wealthiest ZIP codes and most recently, the salaries and debt of graduates from Colorado MBA programs.”
