Previously, she was a retail fellow intern covering retail, transport, tech, and other business news.
Before joining Business Insider, Dean was working for The Independent. She was also editor-in-chief of the Courier at Newcastle University Students’ Union. Also, she was a writer and then served as news editor at the Courier.
Dean holds a B.A. in German and business from Newcastle University.
