Chris Cook will be returning back to the Financial Times as a senior reporter in London covering the area of investigations.
He starts in July.
Cook joins from Tortoise Media where he was a reporter, having joined the company in 2019 as a partner/editor. Before that, he was at the BBC working as a policy editor, BBC Newsnight.
Prior to that, he was at the FT for almost six years, joining as a leader writer. He then served as an education correspondent and then as a comment editor.
Cook is a graduate of the University of Oxford.
