Dominic Chu, the senior markets reporter at CNBC, talked about having to dress up his home office while reporting from home during a time his was quarantined.
“Everybody got to see my home office,” said Chu. “I got a lot of feedback from social media and my managers about how I could clean things up.”
Chu and his family vacationed in the Bahamas in March, shortly before such travel was restricted. When he returned, CNBC’s human resources office recommended he work from home for two weeks.
“It didn’t feel like a vacation. If we knew then what we know now, we probably wouldn’t have gone,” he said.
