CNBC launched its Chinese language website to provide Chinese viewers with financial news, commentary and analysis.
Other content includes videos, translated transcripts of selected programs, and interviews of prominent guests. In the future, CNBC plans to display written commentary by Chinese financial experts and economists on the Chinese website.
“This website will provide the best financial news and information to our Chinese audience and further promote our brand in the region,†said Jane Wang, vice president of advertising sales for China, CNBC Asia Pacific, in a statement.

This is great - it will make worldwide news more accessible to the Chinese population (those who don't speak English) giving them more than one perspective. Also, a great marketing tool for CNBC.
