In the wake of the announcement this week that Jim Cramer would end his radio show, Fox News’ Neil Cavuto will start his own radio report beginning in January, according to MediaWeek.
“‘Neil’s deep knowledge of the business and financial world combined with his broadcasting style will bring a new depth to our radio division,’ said Kevin Magee, executive vp of Fox News.
“Cavuto is best known as the anchor of his weekday one-hour program, Your World with Neil Cavuto and a weekend show, Cavuto on Business. Under his leadership as managing editor of business news for FNC, FNC’s business news unit overtook CNN and CNBC to claim the top five shows in cable news, including the channel’s popular Saturday morning business block.”
