The Santa Cruz Sentinel newspaper in California printed the wrong edition of The Wall Street Journal Sunday in its weekend paper, according to a short note from its editor in Wednesday’s paper.
“I apologize for the mistakes. A number of callers have asked whether the errors resulted because the Sentinel is now printed in San Jose. The answer is no. The mistakes were a result of human error. Our editorial team has taken steps to ensure that such repeats will not happen again.”

Isn't too harsh to fire them for one mistake -after all -humans are bound to do a mistake or two?:lol:
But yes - it was a major mistake that could create a question mark on the editorial credibility of Tim Honing and his team.
