Caroline Hroncich, the careers editor at Business Insider, has been promoted to assistant managing editor at Insider.
She will be focused in recruiting and hiring.
She has been careers editor since August 2020. She had previously been an associate editor on the careers and strategy team at the news organization.
Hroncich joined Business Insider in November 2019. She had been a senior editor at Employee Benefit News and Employee Benefit Advisor. Hroncich had been with Source Media since July 2018, first as an associate editor. She has also interned at Reuters. And she worked at UBM plc as an associate editor covering the pharmaceutical industry.
Hroncich holds a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and a master’s degree from Columbia University.
