Bloomberg’s Porzecanski moves to U.S. team leader for legal news

Katia Porzecanski

Katia Pozecanski, who has been covering hedge funds at Bloomberg News for the past five years, is moving to become U.S. team leader for legal news.

She starts her new job on Aug. 3.

Before hedge funds, Porzecanski covered breaking news and enterprise stories about Latin American debt and fx markets, focusing on Argentina, Venezuela, and Mexico.

She previously interned at CNN and at Citigroup.

Porzecanski is a graduate of Tufts University.
