CNBC Make It hires Deitch as a success editor

Cameron Albert-Deitch

Cameron Albert-Deitch, a reporter at Inc. magazine, has joined CNBC Make It as success editor.

Make It is CNBC’s personal finance website.

Albert-Deitch had been at the magazine since October 2015 before leaving in July. Most recently, he was covering the Best Workplaces beat, diving deep into everything that makes a private company a great place to work. He also wrote online features with a focus on narrative storytelling, contributing regularly to the print magazine and Inc.’s slate of podcasts.

Albert-Deitch also wrote the weekly workplace advice column “Ask a 20-Something.”

He is a graduate of Northwestern University.

Chris Roush was the dean of the School of Communications at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He was previously Walter E. Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a former business journalist for Bloomberg News, Businessweek, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Tampa Tribune and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He is the author of the leading business reporting textbook "Show me the Money: Writing Business and Economics Stories for Mass Communication" and "Thinking Things Over," a biography of former Wall Street Journal editor Vermont Royster.
